Another menace to society. We have plenty of immigrants and refugees in Massachusetts. We also have well-protected (and well-publicized) voting laws.

I hope that all who have the right to vote in the upcoming election use that power to rid congress of as many Republicans as possible.

Chip is a joke. But he’s not kidding. They really are working very hard to purge voters, make it difficult to register, make it difficult to vote and make it difficult to get the vote certified. They are past gerrymandering … already done that. Making Jasmine Crockett a high ranking member of the Harris campaign is sure to motivate Texan voters, especially women, to help get the vote out.

The State of Texas was not founded on the principle that all men are created equal. Its a place which has been romanticized and misrepresented in movies about cowboys and Indians. The reality was always that it was effectively “owned” by a tiny group of incredibly rich white men who were entrenched in the vastness of Texas and together made it a small, tight little box for the people who lived there.

Indeed, they really have not worked beyond the “good old boy” network which underlies the social structure and the state government. This good old boy environment has also seeped into the churches and schools.

Texas voters have been effectively influenced by the seemingly impossible situation they find themselves in … this good old boy network is heavy. It is so encouraging to see the republicans scrambling now … and also to see that the hard work done by Beto O’Rourke (and others) to educate and lift people up is paying off. Politicians and public officials are being held accountable in ways we have not seen in a very long time. It is heartening, to say the least, to see a woman like Jasmine Crockett standing up and making good trouble.

We are watching a kind of range war in Texas. The Cattle Barons and Oil Barons effectively have more territory now in the Tech Industry and the Medical Industry … but the people who work in those industries are now waaaaay more savvy. I hooe this year we flip the state BLUE.

This year old interview with Tim Alberta telling the downfall from 2015 to the Capitol insurrection is a perfect example of chip Roy’s sycophant nature and how the GOP let Donald Trump destroy them. It’s an absolute shame and they deserve it.

Over the top shit stirring Repubs know that they're telling hyperbolic lies about illegal immigrants voting without being documented, registered, or even having a state issued drivers license or I.D..

But since the vanguard of their MAGA party goes un-fact-checked about every projected lie and accusation for what has become a number of years now, just like HIS mentor (Roy Cohn) taught him to do, they figured, a long time ago that our corporate controlled media will let it all fly, just as they did when MAGA House members proclaimed in the media January 6th was a normal tourist day after a two week cooling off period of the Capitol insurrection riot.
